Chino Motel

Unpleasant experience. Toilet leaked water all over the floor, tack strip at the door was detached, not safe for foot traffic. Lightbulb was out in entry, had to find another switch in a dark room. And what is with the $20 deposit!?! I’m not usually this critical of motels, but I will definitely not ever stay here again.

Stay at this hotel a few times, channel are decent, The room need remodeling. As the carpet is a bit stained. Smells like smoke but overall the room was clean

No pool / No breakfast /. But if you want a clean room and a nice bed. This is the place for you

Will ask for more money in cash upon checking in for a "deposit". Will also lie and say you have to do a refund online when that isnt possible.

I put you up, I put you down, and I spin you around Thoth from midnight to 3 AM. Because your focus shouldn’t be on what you want, and in should be on what I want! Dizzy what happens at night! People were up late at night laughing below me and for two nights it was like when I laid down to sleep I was being exposed to fumes from paint or aerosols in minute amounts to awaken me.

The management is extremely helpful as well as the cleaners very light foot traffic all staff is friendly only thing that was not working was vending machines need some love other than that in a month no problems two thumbs up way to go Chino motel we will be coming back in the future

This is the nastiest, most over priced hotel I've ever stayed in. I was drawn here by there false google advertised pricing of $77. When I arrived the price changed to $130. They only took a cash deposit. (Which is likely why they dont have the funding to fix the previous guest damages.) The room had brown stuff all over the walls, holes behind doors, Graffitie inside. No toilet paper holder. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. No pool, no coffee maker, no amenities. No restaurants near by, nor do they have any food. Not even a vending machine. The pictures tell your more than I could. Heed the warning and stay anywhere else. Vagabond or Motel 6 look like a 5 star resort compared to this place.

We left within minutes of checking in. Had 2 rooms, both smelled. Curtains full of dust like they've never been washed, carpet was not vacuumed. Rooms smelled like they used to be smoking rooms. No water bottles, toilet not clean. We ended going to a different hotel . Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Bait and switch motel! If you book online for one day, you will get a decent room, perhaps even a nice room. Never book more than one day at a time! if you book multiple days they will force you into a terrible room with tagging on the walls, exposed outlets, torn up flooring, a disgustingly filthy air conditioner, NO SECURITY LOCK on the door, poor Wifi signal (which cost me hundreds of dollars in one day) NO MICROWAVE even though it is advertised in the hotels.com listing that rooms have this they will not provide one for you once they realize you may be staying longer term. They discriminate and categorize people for various reasons. If you have more than just a couple bags with you they will say you have too much stuff and do not deserve a nice room.

I had an excellent experience at Chino Motel — truly deserving of a perfect 10/10! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing stay from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Overall, everything—from cleanliness to service—exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Chino Motel for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay!
